Seems difficult or impossible only until one acts, I think.

So my friend, the real test will come, hopefully soon, when you’re feeling totally healthy and energized . . . will you maintain your current sane pace and ability to say “no” more of the time?

Great post. Sometimes we need a wake up call from our bodies to get our priorities in the right place. But I never seem to learn the lesson for more than a few months at a time and have to be repeatedly conked over the head with a baseball bat. Maybe someday the lesson will stick…
