Thank you MJ! I love learning about this kind of positive information – body to brain support system. I always sensed that I felt more courageous to follow my dreams, face daily challenges, get things done that I normally procrastinate on – after exercising. A gentle nature run can transform my entire outlook and energy level to a “let’s go!” happy attitude and readiness to take action. Hope you post more info about this subject. I do accept as true with all of the ideas you’ve introduced for your post. They’re very convincing and can certainly work. Still, the posts are very quick for beginners. May just you please prolong them a bit from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.
